These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all patients, clients, and website users (“you”) engaging with 49 Hardy Clinic (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Medical Disclaimer
– All consultations and treatments are carried out by qualified health professionals.
– Results vary from person to person; no outcome can be guaranteed.
– Our services are not a substitute for medical advice from your GP or specialist.
– Prior to any treatment, you will undergo a consultation to assess your suitability
3. Consultations & Bookings
– Initial consultation is required for all new patients.
– Full disclosure of your medical history, medications, allergies, and previous cosmetic treatments is essential for safe care.
– Failure to disclose relevant information may affect your treatment safety and outcomes.
4. Payments & Pricing
– All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST.
– Payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
– We accept major credit/debit cards, EFTPOS, and cash.
– Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
– Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
– Late cancellations or “no shows” may incur a fee or forfeiture of deposit.
– Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
– Refunds may be considered in line with the Australian Consumer Law where a service was not provided with due care and skill.
6. Treatment Consent
– Written informed consent is required before proceeding with any treatment.
– Risks, side effects, and expected outcomes will be explained.
– You may withdraw consent at any time before treatment commences.
7. Children & Minors
– We do not provide cosmetic injectable services to persons under 18 years, in line with AHPRA guidelines.
– Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for skin or laser treatments.
8. Photography & Records
– Before and after photographs may be taken for clinical documentation.
– Images will not be used for marketing without your written consent.
– All health information is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability & Risk
– All procedures carry risks, which will be explained during consultation.
– By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
– To the extent permitted by law, 49 Hardy Clinic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
10. Website Use
– Website content is provided for general information only and does not replace medical advice.
– We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or error-free content.
– External links are provided for convenience and are not endorsed by us.
11. Intellectual Property
– All website content, branding, images, and materials are owned by 49 Hardy Clinic unless otherwise stated.
